选择COMPOSER气体混合校准固件

个性化的气体成分,用于精确的混合气体测量

当您的气体混合物发生变化时,Alicat的COMPOSER™随时准备与您一起适应。使用COMPOSER,您可以定义和存储多达20个定制的混合气体组合物,您的气体质量流量计可以使用这些组合物来测量混合气体流量,而无需工厂重新校准。

  • 准确的。在不影响Alicat精度的前提下,为多达5种组成气体中的每一种定义0.01%的气体成分。

  • 一件容易的事。使用菜单界面创建您的气体成分,或者使用单行串行命令在几秒钟内生成多个单元的气体列表。

  • 个性化。在每个设备上同时创建和存储20个COMPOSER混合气体,并删除不再需要的。您的作曲家用户混合存储在船上的气体清单与您的工厂气体校准。

COMPOSER是大多数Alicat气体质量流量计和质量流量控制器上的气体选择™固件的一部分。Gas Select使用NIST Ref Prop 9 Gas properties数据进行多达130次的预加载气体校准。用户可以在飞行中在选定的气体之间切换,而不需要重新校准质量流量计或控制器。

通过您的Alicat的前面板界面创建COMPOSER气体混合是很容易的!

  1. 命名你的新混合气体。

  2. 选择98或130的气体校准,已预先加载到您的Alicat在工厂。

  3. 定义你所选气体的混合比例。

  4. 再加4种气体。

使用您的RS-232或RS-485串行连接创建COMPOSER气体混合与一个单一的命令:
