Alicat is a world-famous manufacturer of flowmeter, flow controller, pressure gauge and pressure controller. Alicat Scientific Inc. was established in the United States in 1991. It is part of the Environmental and Analysis Division of Halma Group. Alicat is responsible for experimental scientific research, environment, biology, analysis, fuel cell, food and beverage, etc. Industry customers provide fast, accurate and stable mass flow and pressure measurement and control solutions.
Most of Alicat products adopt internal compensation laminar flow differential pressure technology, use Poiseuille’s law to automatically compensate for the difference between volume flow and mass flow caused by pressure and temperature, correct the user’s standard operating conditions, and finally accurately measure the medium Mass flow, volume flow, pressure and temperature.

Report to: Service manager
Responsibilities Include:
- Work with team to complete the service products (including repair and calibration). 与团队一起完产品的维修, 包括维修和校准
- Response for calibration and leakage measurement of the mass flow meter负责流量计的校准和测漏
- PD tuning according to working condition. 根据客户的工况进行阀门PD调节
- Solder work on the head assembly PCB 芯片级电路板卡的维修
- Responsible for all the products quality inspection. 负责所有产品的质量检验
- Analysis the returned devices problem and quote. 分析返厂设备的故障，做出报价
- Report to senior engineer or manager for the quality issue. 有疑似质量问题的汇报给上级
- Help team about some other work if necessary. 服从安排从事其他日常运营的工作
Requirements:
- College degree or above. 大专及以上学历
- Major in mechanical or electronic engineering. 机械或电子类等工科专业
- Understand the circuit, know the principle of circuit能看懂电路图，了解电路原理
- Priority given to those who have soldering skill.有焊接能力的优先
- Strong logical capability ,able to analysis the problem逻辑能力强，能分析问题并且排故
- Good communication skill basic English. 良好的沟通能力和基础英语
- Be curious and eager to learn. 有好奇心并且渴望学习新知识
- Strong in problem solving, detail-orientated, proactive working attitude. 善于解决问题，注重细节，工作积极主动。
- Good team player. 良好的团队合作精神。
- High efficient and flexible. 高效，灵活。
工作时间：9：00~17：30，一周至少出勤3天，周末双休。
